UGANDA is one of the Country  with SPEDP Programme. It comprises of  five (5) Program-Units;

ISupport for peace and Education Development Program (SPEDP) was registered in Uganda with the National bureau for non-governmental organization and given a registration number REGR12397147NB following the December 2013 and July 2016 conflict which erupted in Juba, South Sudan. SPEDP’s mandate is to empower marginalized and vulnerable communities in situations of extreme hunger, poverty, illiteracy, diseases, social injustice and conflict through social and economic interventions that enable them to realize their full potential. SPEDP is fully established as a non-profitable regional Organization operating in five Districts of Uganda namely Koboko, Yumbe,Terego,Madi Okollo and Arua. Ongoing projects

Support for peace and education Development Program have one ongoing project funded by Open Society Foundation to implement this project entitled “Support for progressive economic and social norms, policies and practices to create opportunity and promotes equality and rights” with an overall objective of Increased safety and well-being of refugees and host communities and reduce inequalities between these groups in the targeted areas of Koboko, Yumbe, Terego Districts in Uganda.
